Raventós i Blanc De Nit Brut 2024
The sparkling wine Raventós i Blanc De Nit Brut is made from Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Sumoll, which takes the place of Monastrell.
This blended Spanish sparkling wine is sourced from 15 to 45-year-old vines located in a very special area of the Penedès region called Conca de l'Anoia (basin of the Anoia River.) The terroir is highly characteristic, as it is composed of marine fossils that bring a particular finesse and minerality to the wine.
Produced by the Raventós i Blanc winery, the grapes are grown following the guidelines of organic agriculture. Besides, all the winemaking operations are carried out following the principles of biodynamic farming.
Each of the varieties was harvested by hand and separately vinified. The wine was produced only from the "free-run" juice.
After completing both fermentations, the sparkling wine Raventós i Blanc De Nit Brut 2024 was aged for a minimum of 18 months on lees.
