The 2024 vintage of the sparkling wine Raventós i Blanc Blanc de Blancs is made from Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada and a droplet (5%) of Malvasia de Sitges.
This characterful Spanish sparkling wine is mainly sourced from Vinya del Llac, an 40+-year-old organically certified vineyard situated near a lake that naturally regulates the temperature. Still awaiting to be recognized with its own Designation of Origin, the area is known as Conca de l'Anoia (Anoia river basin).
Once in the cellar, the varieties were separately fermented according to variety and origin. Then the blend was made and this organic sparkling wine was bottled and then went through secondary fermentation.
Finally, the sparkling wine Raventós i Blanc Blanc de Blancs 2024 was aged for a minimum of 18 months in the bottle.
As with all of Raventós i Blanc wines, the disgorging date of this sparkling wine from Conca de l'Anoia is printed on the back label.

| Palate | Fresh and scintillating, this sparkler by Raventós i Blanc winery is well-balanced and more complex than we expected. There are some original salty notes, with a lees-y remembrance, an excellent, steely acidity and a long finish. |
