Made solely from estate-grown Monastrell grapes, the wine Sericis Cepas Viejas Monastrell is a varietal Spanish red wine produced by Bodegas Murviedro in DO Alicante.
The grapes were destemmed, gently crushed and cold-macerated for 3 to 4 days. Then this red wine from Alicante was fermented and macerated for 21 days in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the red wine Sericis Cepas Viejas Monastrell 2020 was transferred into new French oak barrels and aged for 14 months.
We suggest pairing this Crianza red wine with roast recipes and oily fish dishes. This is vegan certified wine.
