Produced by Bodega Mano a Mano, the wine Venta la Ossa Syrah is a varietal Syrah red wine which bears the Vino de la Tierra de Castilla seal.
This varietal Spanish red wine was produced solely from grapes sourced from Finca La Solana, a vineyard with sandy and limestone soils located at an altitude of 700 metres above sea level. Climate is Continental with a Mediterranean influence.
Harvested by hand and carefully selected, the grapes were first macerated for 13 days, and then fermented in trunk-conical stainless steel tanks. After that, the wine Venta la Ossa Syrah 2019 was transferred into French oak barrels, where it completed malolactic fermentation and was aged for 12 months.
