The new wine of bodega Viñas del Vero, Viñas del Vero Violeta comes from DO Somontano.
This Spanish red wine is made from Syrah and Grenache vineyards which benefit from a particular microclimate that helps the grapes ripen slowly and steadily.
The grapes were harvested by hand and refrigerated on arriving at the cellar. After separately fermenting each variety in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature, Viñas del Vero Violeta 2021 was aged in French and American oak barrels for 7 months.
After that, this red wine from Somontano was clarified and filtered.
Pair this Crianza red wine with spicy Oriental dishes, cold cuts and meat recipes.
