The wine Vizcarra 15 Meses is arguably the best-known Spanish red wine of the Vizcarra winery from Ribera del Duero.
This varietal Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) is made from over 20-year-old vineyards.
After the harvest, the grapes were destemmed, meticulously selected and crushed through gravity.
Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, with pump-overs performed thrice a day. After that, this red wine from Ribera del Duero completed malolactic fermentation in American oak barrels.
Finally, the wine Vizcarra 2022 was aged for 15 months in French and American oak barrels.
