Details
This is the new vintage of Abadal Franc, an interesting Spanish red wine from Pla de Bages, central Catalonia.
Its composition is quite original. This red wine from Pla de Bages is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo) and the indigenous Sumoll.
Produced by the Abadal winery, the grapes were separately harvested and then fermented in stainless steel tanks submerging the solid skin cap.
Then, Abadal Franc 2021 was aged for a brief period of 4 months in American and French oak barrels.
Aerate 15 minutes before drinking.

| Our personal opinion | From Pla de Bages, in central Catalonia, Abadal Franc 2021 is easy to drink and really fresh. As usual, the presence of the Sumoll variety makes a difference. |
