Details
This is the new vintage of the wine Abadía Retuerta Selección Especial, the best-known Spanish red wine of the Abadía Retuerta winery.
The 2020 vintage is a blend of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Graciano and Petit Verdot, coming from estate vineyards located in Sardón de Duero, DO Castilla y León.
After a pre-fermentation cold-maceration, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks. After completing malolactic fermentation, the red wine Abadía Retuerta Selección Especial 2020 was transferred into French oak barrels and aged for 24 months.
We recommend that you decant this red wine from Castilla y León a minimum of 30 minutes before drinking.
