The white wine Albariño Mar de Frades, a young Albariño wine made by the Mar de Frades winery from estate vineyards and from grapes purchased to local winegrowers.
Located in DO Rías Baixas, the vineyards have shallow soils mainly composed of granite. Climate is Atlantic.
After an early harvest which began in September, once in the cellar the grapes of this white wine from Rías Baixas were cold-macerated for 40 hours. Then they were gently pressed and carefully fermented, after which this vegan wine was aged for some months on its lees.
As usual, the wine Albariño Mar de Frades 2025 comes in a characteristic blue bottle.
Pair this young white wine with shrimp, white meat and oriental cuisine.
