Details
A varietal Spanish white wine from DO Cariñena, Aragón, the wine Anayón Chardonnay is produced by the Grandes Vinos y Viñedos winery.
Grown at an altitude of 480 m. above sea level, the Chardonnay grapes, coming from vines over 30 years of age, were meticulously harvested and selected in the cellar.
The grapes were gently crushed and then the free-run juice was transferred into American oak barrels, where it completed alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. During the process, the wine Anayón Chardonnay 2023 was stirred three times a week. Finally, it was aged for 6 months in the same barrels, and clarified before bottling.
Pair this white wine from DO Cariñena (which should not be confused with the Cariñena/Carignan grape variety) with white meat dishes and creamy cheeses.
