Details

The Grandes Vinos y Viñedos winery is the producer of Anayón Garnacha Blanca, a varietal Spanish white wine from DO Cariñena (a wine region in Aragón not to be confused with the grape variety of the same name.)

Made solely from White Grenache, this white wine from DO Carñiena is sourced from vineyards around 20 years old grown at an altitude over 600 metres, on the slopes of Sierra de Algairén.

Hand-picked and harvested in little boxes, once in the cellar the grapes were destemmed. cold-macerated for 6 hours, gently pressed and drawn-off before fermenting in stainless steel tanks.

Once the process was completed, the white wine Anayón Garnacha Blanca 2018 was aged on lees in the tanks for 9 months.

After that, this Crianza red wine was transferred into used American oak barrels and aged for 39 months.

Only 10.296 bottles.

Pair with oliy fish recipes, white meat and creamy cheeses.
