Made by the Grandes Vinos y Viñedos winery, the white wine Anayón Garnacha Blanca comes from DO Cariñena (a wine region in Aragón not to be confused with the grape variety of the same name).
Made solely from White Grenache, this white wine from DO Carñiena is sourced from vineyards around 20 years old grown at an altitude over 600 metres, on the slopes of Sierra de Algairén.
Hand-picked and harvested in little boxes, once in the cellar the grapes were destemmed. cold-macerated for 6 hours, gently pressed and drawn-off. Then this Crianza red wine fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Once the process was completed, the white wine Anayón Garnacha Blanca 2021 was aged in 2nd year American oak barrels for 39 months.
