Andròmina 2025
The wine Andròmina is made by bodega Els Mecanismes, the personal project of Òscar Soneira, in collaboration with Òscar Navas, head of bodega La Furtiva.
Entirely sourced from Carignan vineyards planted in the Terra Alta region, the grapes were crushed before starting fermentation and going through a 4-day maceration, after which it was gently pressed. The vinification process of this Spanish red wine was carried out in stainless steel tanks and 650-litre chestnut vats.
After that, this red wine from Terra Alta was racked and put back into the fermentation containers, where it was aged under a veil of flor for 8 months.
Finally, the red wine Andròmina 2025 was racked twice before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
This is an original minimal intervention wine with a moderate alcohol content.
