Arrocal Crianza 2021
A varietal Tinto Fino, the wine Arrocal Crianza is sourced from 30-year-old vineyards with sandy-clay soils planted at 830 metres of altitude, near the village of Gumiel de Mercado, Burgos, DO Ribera del Duero.
Produced by Bodegas Arrocal, this Spanish red wine was meticulously vinified. The grapes were first macerated for 15 days in stainless steel tanks, after which they were fermented under controlled temperature.
After that, this red wine from Ribera del Duero was transferred into 400-litre French oak barrels, where it was aged for a period of 12 months.
Finally, the wine Arrocal Crianza 2021 was gently filtered before being bottled and aged for a further 12 months before hitting the market.
