The wine Artadi Viñas de Gaín Blanco, the entry-level Spanish white wine of the famed Bodegas Artadi, is every bit as good as some fashionable whites twice its price.
Made solely from Viura, Rioja's flagship white variety, this Crianza white wine is sourced from a selection of vineyards with limestone and clay soils farmed with sustainable techniques. They are located in Laguardia and Elvillar, at altitudes between 450 and 700 metres.
The grapes were meticulously sorted before fermenting in wooden and stainless steel tanks for 15 days. Then the white wine Artadi Viñas de Gaín Blanco 2020 was aged for 24 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks.
