A varietal White Grenache wine, Bancal del Bosc Blanc is produced from several plots composed of with clay-limestone soils at 400 metres of altitude. The organically certified vineyards are situated in DO Montsant.
Produced by Celler Vinyes Domènech, the harvest of the grapes took place at dawn. Once in the cellar, each plot was separatelly vinified and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Then this Spanish white wine was aged on lees for 5 months before being bottled.
We suggest aerating Bancal del Bosc Blanc 2024 some time before you drink it.
This varietal white wine from Montsant is excellent with baked fish recipes, rice dishes and creamy cheeses.

| Nose | Quite expressive, this varietal White Grenache suggests aromas of white flowers, some mineral hints and ripe white fruit. After a while, the mineral notes become more intense, together with some fennel nuances. This young white wine is quite complex. |
| Palate | Savoury and fresh, with flavours of pears and white flowers, with a note of honey, fennel and aniseed, combined with some Mediterranean herbs. This wine from Celler Vinyes Domènech has a long finish with a salty and earthy note. |
