Coming from DO Montsant, the 2024 vintage of the wine Furvus is virtually a varietal Hairy Grenache wine, sourced from 40+ year old vines, with a dollop of Merlot (5%).
Produced by Celler Vinyes Domènech, the vineyards are tended with certified organic and biodynamic techniques.
After a meticulous selection of the grapes, this Spanish red wine was fermented for a period of 12 days under controlled temperature.
After that, the wine Furvus 2024 was aged for 12 months in 500-litre French oak barrels and big oak vats.
We suggest that you decant this Crianza red wine 1 hour before drinking.
