The 2024 vintage of the wine Bàrbara Fores Blanc is, as usual, made solely from White Grenache, the staple grape variety of DO Terra Alta, Catalonia's southernmost wine region.
It is produced from non-irrigated vineyards located near Gandesa, the capital city of the region.
This varietal white wine from Terra Alta by Celler Bàrbara Forés was vinified in a traditional manner.
Before fermentation, it was cold-soaked for 24 hours. After that, the wine Bàrbara Forés Blanc 2024 was fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on lees for 4 months.
In order to preserve its varietal character, this organic white wine was not aged in oak.

| Palate | With a fresh and extremely pleasant entrance, this young white wine of Celler Bàrbara Forés has a creamy texture and a silky body. Crisp acidity and great freshness. Notes of citrus, freshly cut grass, aniseed and almond blossom. Long, slightly bitter finish. |
