We're happy to present the new vintage of one of the wine Barbazul, one of Spain's coolest reds.
Made by the Huerta de Albalá winery in Cádiz, the southernmost province of Spain, this Spanish red wine is made basically from Syrah, complemented with Merlot, the indigenous Tintilla de Rota and a dollop of Cabernet Sauvignon.
Each variety was vinified separately in stainless steel tanks. After the completion of alcoholic fermentation, maceration and malolactic fermentation, the wine Barbazul 2023 was blended and aged for over a period of 6 months in 3rd and 4th year French oak barrels from Allier.
Pleasant and elegant, this red wine from Cádiz is a great all-rounder.

| Palate | Fresh notes of raspberries, strawberries and blueberries, some hints of spices and ripe, yummy tannins. This red wine from bodega Huerta de Albalá has a gentle acidity, a velvety texture and a long, fruity finish. |
