Natural white wine from Penedés. Blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo Vermell, Parellada and Muscat vinified in stainless steel tanks and bottled with no sulfites added.
The wine Baudili Orange is one of the latest creations of winemaker Ramon Jané, head of bodega Mas Candí. This is a skin-contact Spanish white wine, typically known today as orange wine and traditionally called vi brisat in Catalonia.
A blend of the local varieties Macabeo, Xarel·lo Vermell, Parellada and Muscat, it is sourced from 10 to 25-year-old organically farmed vineyards located in Les Gunyoles d'Avinyonet, in the Alt Penedès region.
Made following a low intervention methodology, the four varieties were co-fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and macerated with the skins for some time. After bottling, the wine Baudili Orange 2025 was stored for some months before hitting the market.
This natural wine from Penedès was bottled with no added sulfites.

Nose
This blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo Vermell, Parellada and Muscat exudes Mediterranean flair, showcasing dried apricot, thyme, tarragon and white flowers, with a mineral hint and a resinous note.
Palate
Fresh and textured, this wine by bodega Mas Candí as a nice tannic vibration and a lively acidity, ending with a note of citrus, herbs and white flowers.
