Produced in DOQ Priorat, the wine Les Brugueres Blanc is a seductive Spanish white wine made in a land famed for its bold red wines.
Crafted by Jordi Vidal, chief winemaker of bodega La Conreria d'Scala Dei, this varietal White Grenache wine is sourced from estate vineyards with the typical Priorat slate (llicorella) soils.
After the harvest, the grapes were cold macerated for 3-4 days prior to fermentation, which took place in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the white wine Brugueres Blanc 2023 was aged for 5 months on its lees. The wine was gently clarified before being bottled.
Pair this Vegan Priorat white wine with oily fish recipes, white meat and creamy cheeses.

This is a superb white wine from a place famous for red wines. Sleek, well-structured, very gentle on the palate, with fruit, a creamy touch and some earthy sensations. Top white!!
