This is the entry-level Spanish red wine of the famed Álvaro Palacios in DOQ Priorat.
A blend of local and international varieties, the wine Camins del Priorat is made from Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Carignan and Syrah. The grapes are sorted from 15 to 50-year-old vineyards scattered across the region.
Harvested by hand and selected in the vineyard and in the cellar, the grapes were gently crushed and then fermented in concrete vats, oak vats and stainless steel tanks.
The the wine Camins del Priorat 2023 was aged for 4 months in oak barrels and vats. Clarified with egg whites, was neither filtered nor stabilized prior to bottling.
