Produced by the Huguet de Can Feixes winery, the wine Can Feixes Chardonnay sits halfway between a Burgundian and a Californian Chardonnay.
This varietal Spanish white wine is made from vineyards located in some of the highest and freshest areas in DO Penedès.
Manually harvested, the grapes were meticulously selected both on site and in the cellar. Made only from the "free-run" juice obtained after a gentle pressing, this Crianza white wine was fermented in new French oak barrels.
After that, the wine Can Feixes Chardonnay 2022 was aged on lees in the barrels for 8 months.
Finally, this organic white wine was bottled and further aged for a minimum of 6 months before its commercial release.
To enjoy it to the fullest, do aerate this white wine from Penedès some time before drinking.
