A low-alcohol, light-hearted red variety indigenous to the region, Trepat was traditionally used in the production of rosé Cavas. Over the last years, though, it has been increasingly used to craft delightfully fresh, characterful red wines
Produced by Celler Carles Andreu, the grapes are sourced from two estate vineyards certified organic, planted with 50+ year old vines: Les Alzinetes and Les Parades.
Traditionally vinified, this red wine from Conca de Barberà was fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
After that, the wine Carles Andreu 2021 was aged for 6 months in 225-litre French oak barrels.
Fresh and joyful, this vegan wine will pair excellently with light dishes, pasta and pizza..
