After the harvest, the grapes were destemmed and gently crushed. Then they were fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the red wine Carmelo Rodero 9 meses Magnum 2023 completed malolactic fermentation and was transferred into French and American oak barrels, where it was aged for a period of 9 months.
Then, this red wine from Ribera del Duero (1,5 litre-bottle) was aged for a minimum of 3 months in the cellar. It will evolve nicely in the bottle.
