Carmelo Rodero Crianza 2023
The wine Carmelo Rodero Crianza is a blend of 90% Tempranillo and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Albillo, sourced from vines planted at an altitude of 800 metres above sea level.
The grapes were manually harvested, destemmed and cold-macerated for several days.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks, this Spanish red wine from Ribera del Duero was then transferred into French oak barrels, where it completed malolactic fermentation and was subsequently aged for 15 months. During the period, it was drawn off every 3 months.
Finally, the red wine Carmelo Rodero Crianza 2023 was bottled in April 2025 and stored for no less than 12 months prior to its commercial release.
