Details
A varietal Tinta del País (Tempranillo), the wine Carmelo Rodero 9 Meses is crafted from vines 5 to 20 years old located in Ribera del Duero.
First, the grapes used to produce this Spanish red wine from Bodegas Rodero were harvested and carefully destemmed.
Then they were cold-soaked, fermented and transferred into French oak barrels, where they completed malolactic fermentation.
After that, the red wine Carmelo Rodero 9 Meses 2024 was aged for 9 months, gently filtered and bottled. Finally, it was aged for 3 months minimum in the cellar prior to its release.
