This expressive Spanish red wine from Montsant is produced by Bodega Cingles Blaus.
Made principally from Grenache, Cingles Blaus Selecció benefits from a touch of some deeply mineral, old-vines Carignan.
The grapes were picked by hand, meticulously selected, carefully destemmed and gently crushed. Then they were macerated for 12-24 hours and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, Cingles Blaus Selecció 2019 was transferred into new French oak barrels and aged for about 13 months.
Decant this Crianza red wine 1 hour before drinking.

| Palate | Big and meaty, but not overripe or jellylike. Bodega Cingles Blaus has crafted a wine with an excellent acidity, some yummy tannins and a solid structure. Ripe red fruit, notes of toast and Eastern spices, remembrances of After Eight mints and some mineral undertones. This red wine from Montsant has a long, complex finish. |
