The Clos Dominic winery presents the 2021 vintage of Clos Dominic Blanc, a scarce and highly sought-after Spanish white wine from Priorat.
This cult wine is made from a totally indigenous blend of White Grenache, coming from centenary vineyards, Picapoll and a dollop of Pedro Ximénez.
Meticulously harvested, this Priorat white wine was fermented in new French oak barrels, after which it also was gently aged for 6 months.
We suggest that you drink Clos Dominic Blanc 2021 at a temperature slightly above the usual white wine serving temperature.
Only 800 bottles produced. Hence, this could be your only chance to buy this white wine fermented in oak.
Decant 1 hour before drinking.

Neither oversweet nor syrupy, it has an exceptional acidity and a steely backbone. Spices are subdued, and fruit and minerality reign supreme. Precise and focused, with a very long finish and a deeply earthy and petrol-like remembrance. |
