Produced in the Catalan monastic region of Conca de Barberà, this Spanish red wine is a varietal Merlot.
The Clos Mont-Blanc winery began the harvest of the wine Clos Mont-Blanc Únic Merlot in mid-October, and the process was carried out meticulously. Then the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After a short period of maceration, the wine Clos Mont-Blanc Únic Merlot 2021 was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
This characterful organic red wine from Conca de Barberà is a very interesting, transparent expression of the Merlot variety.
