Produced by the Masia Can Mayol winery in Penedès, the wine Cora Loxarel is a blend of Muscat of Alexandria, Muscat of Frontignan and Xarel·lo.
The grapes are sorted from biodynamic vineyards located at altitudes between 500 and 700 metres above sea level.
Harvested at dusk, the grapes were cold-macerated with the skins for 6 hours. Subsequently, this Spanish white wine fermented for several weeks in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
"Cora" means "maiden". Likewise, Cora Loxarel 2023 conveys a sensation of purity, youth and freshness.
