Details
Made principally from 30-year-old Grenache vineyards, complemented with a tiny amount of Tempranillo, selected from vines around 25 years of age, Coto de Hayas Crianza is produced by Bodegas Aragonesas.
The vineyards are located at an altitude of 500 metres above sea level, in DO Campo de Borja.
The grapes were harvested by hand and separately vinified according to its variety. After the completion of alcoholic fermentation, this Spanish red wine was macerated for 15 days and aged in American and French oak barrels for a minimum of 6 months.
Finally, Coto de Hayas Crianza 2019 was aged for some months in the bottle prior to its release.
