The wine Coto de Hayas Viñas del Cierzo is made by Bodegas Aragonesas.
A varietal Grenache, this Spanish red wine is sourced from over 40-year-old vines grown in terraces composed of slate and clay soils, located in DO Campo de Borja.
The grapes were macerated and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation and was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Finally, the wine Coto de Hayas Viñas del Cierzo 2019 was aged for some months in the bottle before its release.
This Crianza red wine is an excellent value.
