The Champagne Crucifix Les Craies Blanc de Blancs, previously known as Crucifix Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Brut, is produced by Maison Crucifix Père et fils.
An exquisite Non-Vintage Champagne, it was solely crafted from 25 to 35-year-old Premier Cru Chardonnay vineyards located in Montagne de Reims, in the Avenay-Val d'Or commune, AOC Champagne.
Meticulously crafted following the traditional method, after completing secondary fermentation this Non-Millésimé Brut Champagne was aged for 4 years in the cellar.
Once the process was completed, the Champagne Crucifix Les Craies Blanc de Blancs was disgorged 4 months before hitting the market.
This remarkable Brut Champagne is refined and gently mineral.
