Produced by the Casa Gran del Siurana winery, the wine Cruor Clàssic is a nice introduction to the classic Priorat style.
This blended Spanish red wine is made from Grenache, Carignan, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from La Fredat, a estate in Bellmunt del Priorat composed of slate llicorella soils. This red wine from Priorat was first vinified in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
After finishing the process, the red wine Cruor Clàssic 2020 was aged for 16 months in French oak barrels.
We suggest aerating this Crianza red wine from DOQ Priorat 1 hour before drinking.
