On the banks of of the Miño River, in the heart of DO Ribeiro, Bodegas Cunqueiro grows several plots of vineyards planted with indigenous Galician varieties. The wine Cunqueiro III Milenium is made from those grapevines.
A truly original Spanish white wine, it is crafted from a singular blend of Albariño, Godello, Treixadura and a touch of Loureira Blanca.
After a careful selection, the grapes were gently pressed, cold macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Then this white wine from Ribeiro was aged in those same tanks on its lees for 3 months.
Finally, the wine Cunqueiro III Milenium 2024 was cold-stabilized and filtered prior to its bottling.
Pair this young white wine with shrimp, light cheeses and fish recipes.
