Produced by Bodegas Cunqueiro, the wine Máis de Cunqueiro Torrontés is made solely from Torrontés, a variety indigenous to the Ribeiro region. The vines are planted along the banks of the Miño river.
The grapes come from a single vineyard, Finca A Erbedeira, a site with excellent climatic conditions and a particular soil composition.
Picked by hand, the grapes were gently pressed using a pneumatic press and macerated with carbonic snow. This Spanish white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
After that, the wine Máis de Cunqueiro Torrontés 2024 was aged on lees for a period of 2-4 months. This white wine from Ribeiro was fined and stabilized before bottling.
