Produced by the U Més U winery, the Cava Cygnus Sador Brut Nature is a blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada sourced from vineyards located in the Comtats de Barcelona area (subzona Valls d'Anoia-Foix) of DO Cava.
The grapes were harvested at their optimal ripening point. Then this organic Spanish sparkling wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the Cava Cygnus Sador Brut Nature completed secondary fermentation in the bottle and was aged for 24 to 36 months in the cellar.
Very versatile, this organic and vegan Cava brut nature will pair well with many kinds of food.
