It is made from Tempranillo grapes sourced from an organically farmed 25+-year-old vineyard, Finca El Caserío, located near Pesquera de Duero, in DO Ribera del Duero.
Traditionally vinified, this red wine from Ribera del Duero was macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the wine Dehesa de los Canónigos Quinta Generación 2024 was aged for 7 months in American oak barrels.
