Details
The entry-level Spanish red wine of Bodegas Altanza from DOCa Rioja, Edulis Crianza is produced from vines located in Fuenmayor, at 600 metres of altitude.
A varietal Tempranillo wine, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 28ºC and macerated for 10 days..
Then the red wine Edulis Crianza 2020 was aged for 12 months in new and semi-new French oak barrels, after which it was aged for a couple of months in French oak vats.
Finally, this vegan red wine from Rioja spent a further 12 months in the bottle prior to its commercial release.
