The entry-level Spanish red wine of Bodegas Altanza from DOCa Rioja, the wine Edulis Crianza is sourced from vines located in Fuenmayor.
A varietal Tempranillo wine, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature and macerated for 10 days..
Then the red wine Edulis Crianza 2021 was aged for 12 months in new and semi-new French oak barrels, after which it was aged for a couple of months in French oak vats.
Finally, this vegan red wine from Rioja spent a further 12 months in the bottle prior to its commercial release.
