A varietal Malvasía, the wine El Grifo Malvasía Seco Colección is born in the magic island of Lanzarote, amidst a landscape of otherworldly beauty.
Produced by Bodegas El Grifo, this Spanish white wine is sourced from ungrafted vines planted in volcanic soils
Harvested by hand and meticulously selected, once in the cellar the grapes were refrigerated, cold macerated for 24 hours and gently pressed. Then the wine must went through a micro-oxygenation process and was fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
After that, the wine El Grifo Malvasía Seco Colección 2024 was aged on its lees for some weeks to make it rounder and creamier. It was gently filtered and clarified before bottling.
