The young Bodega Joan Grill from DO Penedès presents the wine El Tiet.
This varietal Spanish white wine is sourced from a single, organically certified plot called El Tiet, planted with 40-year-old Chardonnay vines, The grapes were hand-picked in late Augusut and went through a brief maceration before being pressed and drawn-off. Then this white wine from Penedès was fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
After that, the white wine El Tiet Chardonnay 2025 was kept in contact with the lees for 6 months in the tanks, with periodic lees-stirrings.
Limited production.
