Entrelobos 2023
A varietal Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) from DO Ribera del Duero, the wine Entrelobos is produced from several parcels of vines situated near the village of La Horra.
The grapes were harvested by hand, destemmed, cold-macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Then half of this red wine from Ribera del Duero was transferred into French oak barrels, a 25% went into 5,000 liter oak vats, and the other 25% was kept in the tanks.
After that, the wine Entrelobos 2023 from bodega Viñedos Singulares was aged for 9 months. Then it was blended and bottled.
This varietal Crianza red wine nicely combines intensity and drinkability.

| Palate | Expressive and intense, this wine from Viñedos Singulares has some well-rounded tannins and a crisp acidity. Pleasant, medium-long finish with remembrances of toast, mulberries and underbrush. |
