Made by Can Serra dels Exibis, the wine Exibis Les Tines - formerly known as Exibis - is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Sumoll, Mandó and Grenache.
This Spanish red wine is sourced from vineyards grown following the principles of biodynamic agriculture in the Pla de Bages region, located in central Catalonia. The vines are planted on terraces with clay and limestone soils at an altitude of 500 metres above sea level. Climate is Mediterranean-Continental.
Handpicked in boxes and refrigerated at a temperature of 4ºC prior to alcoholic fermentation, the wine Exibis Les Tines 2024 was fermented in open tanks with periodic punch-downs. Skin maceration did not last longer than 8 days. Finally, this red wine from Pla de Bages was partially aged in oak barrels and stone vats.
