The wine Exibis Valentina is the only white wine of bodega Can Serra dels Exibis Viticultors, a winery in the DO Pla de Bages - central Catalonia - focused on cultivating local varieties.
A blend of 80% Macabeo and 20% Picapoll, this Spanish white wine was vinified in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
After that, the white wine Exibis Valentina 2025 was aged for a short time in oak barrels to give it a mellower mouthfeel.
This white wine from Pla de Bages will make an excellent pairing with cheese, white meat and fish recipes.
