Produced by the Portal del Priorat winery, run by Alfredo Arribas, the wine Gotes del Priotat conveys the freshest, more inviting side of famed DOQ Priorat.
A blend of Grenache, Carignan and Syrah, this Spanish red wine is sourced from certified organic vines grown in north-orientated plots, composed of slate soils and with moderate sun exposure.
Harvested by hand at their optimal ripening time, the grapes were partially destemmed and fermented using indigenous yeasts. This Crianza red wine was then fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Finally, the wine Gotes del Priorat 2023 was aged for 12 months in French oak vats and French oak barrels.
