Produced by the Castell del Remei winery, the wine Gotim Bru comes from the western Catalan region of Costers del Segre.
A blend of local and international varieties, this Spanish red wine is made from Grenache, Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo), Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
After the 25 to 30-year-old vineyards had been harvested at the appropiate moment, the grapes were vinified in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
Finally, the wine Gotim Bru 2022 was aged for 8 months in French and American oak barrels.
