Cognac Hennessy Very Special

Produced by the Hennessy distillery, the cognac Hennessy VS (Very Special) is made from a blend of 40 different eaux-de-vie made from Ugni Blanc grapes sourced across the Cognac region (France).

The grapes were meticulously sorted, fermented and distilled in traditional Charentais copper stills. After completing distillation, the tasting committee, headed by the master blender, selected the best samples, which then matured for 2 to 5 years in French Limousin oak barrels.

Dark-golden colour with some copper reflections, the cognac Hennessy VS carries lively aromas of green apples and ripe grapefruit, combined with vanilla, orange peel, cigars and cedar. The palate of this cognac by Hennessy is invitingly warm and spicy, with remembrances of clove and cinnemon, a spark of ginger and a long finish with a hint of dry fruit.
