Details
This young Spanish white wine is produced in DO Mallorca-Binissalem.
Interestingly, Jaume de Puntiró Blanc is made from the indigenous Majorcan grape Premsal Blanc. The organically farmed vineyards are located in the town of Santa Maria del Camí, about 10 kms from Palma de Mallorca.
Made by the Jaume de Puntiró winery, the grapes were selected on site and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Finally, Jaume de Puntiró Blanc 2022 was clarified, filtered and stabilized before its bottling.
